Refund policy

We hope you love your Me Amor piece! However, if you’d like to exchange for a different size or would like to request a refund, simply email us at hello@meamor.co.uk to arrange it for you. We have a 30-day exchange, and a 14-day refund policy. 

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact.

1.2. Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of wear, including but not limited to makeup, deodorant, perfume, fake tan, stains, or fabric damage.

1.3. Final Sale or items marked “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for refund. Where eligible, they may be exchanged for store credit only.

1.4. Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by emailing us at hello@meamor.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the fault. Faults reported after this period may be considered general wear and tear and not eligible for return.

1.5. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even in the case of a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return/ exchange

To begin the return process:

  • Email hello@meamor.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return/exchange, and reason for return.

  • Our team will respond with return instructions and address details.

  • Items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Return Shipping

3.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

3.2. Returns posted after the 14-day return window will not be accepted and may be returned to you.

4. Inspection and Approval

4.1. All returns are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.

4.2. If your return meets all eligibility requirements, we will approve your refund and notify you via email.

5. Refunds

5.1. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

5.2. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing after we receive your return. Refund timing may vary based on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or style, please mention this in your return request email. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and are offered free of charge (excluding return shipping).

7. Important Notes

  • Returns that fail to meet eligibility criteria will not be refunded and may be returned to the sender.

  • Items damaged due to improper washing, misuse, or general wear and tear are not considered faulty and will not be eligible for return.

  • Gifted items can only be refunded to the original purchaser’s payment method.

  • Late returns may be accepted at our discretion for store credit only.
